Artist's Comments
This is a painting, mostly made with a mix of white emulsion paint and Wickes' damp-proofing sealant. The two substances don't quite mix together, make the strange blistered effect in the sky there.
More of that pleasant black goo was used to paint the big black shapes. Most people tend to interpret these as buildings and that wasn't the original intention but I thought I'd give it a name that would stick with that interpretation because now that's been said, I rather like it. |
